These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and block research — Timo Bautsch ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the daytrading-academy.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

daytrading-academy.com is an educational platform operated by block research — Timo Bautsch, offering day trading education, mentorship programs, trading courses, and decision-support tools (including the Snowden Indicator for TradingView). All services are hosted in Germany.

ALL CONTENT, COURSES, MENTORSHIP, INDICATORS, AND TOOLS PROVIDED THROUGH DAYTRADING-ACADEMY.COM AND BLOCKRESEARCH.AI ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THIS WEBSITE OR IN OUR PRODUCTS CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

We offer various digital products including courses, mentorship programs, subscriptions, and TradingView indicator access. All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or other providers as applicable).

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.

By making a purchase, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for any such amounts.

New subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact support@blockresearch.ai within the 14-day period with your order details.

Auto-renewals: Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period of a renewal.

For consumers within the European Union: Your statutory right of withdrawal under §§ 355–356 BGB (German Civil Code) applies. For digital content and services, by clicking to purchase and confirming your order, you may expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content or service and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts in Rostock, Germany, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant jurisdiction to the courts of your place of residence.
